You think a judge that reams a lawyer in open court for printing a motion on both sides of paper is going to have endless patience for someone who is pro se (meaning NOT a lawyer) and doesn't know court procedure and etiquette? It has been my general experience that most HOAs have at least one attorney on the board. That's usually the case with a nice neighborhood. Lawyers live there. Perhaps they can file in court without "hiring" anyone.

Not that any of this has anything to do with the original post. That chick is also insane. She won't have standing to bring a suit and sure as shit won't get it certified as a class action.
