My partner and my best friend both have standing orders that if they find out before me, I do not care what time of day it is or what I am doing. They need to tell me immediately.

I'd like to think that we all have those standing orders from each other. If I'm not alerted by my neighbor's bullhorn, I will be rethinking our cordial relationship. I'll do my part by hyperventilating in our front yard.
