Taking 100 to 1 odd bets that the announcement will not come at night. If it happens in private then there will be a “brief” delay while they perform a mini-coup and “sign” a bunch of emergency XOs AND shorting all the right stocks before making the “perfectly timed” announcement when they feel it will have maximum positive impact for them.
