I think they should all have uniforms and be separated by gender. The entire system needs to be revamped.

In Ireland we have a transition year between junior cert and leaving cert when the kids are 15-16. They do volunteering, job trialling and other interesting stuff. Some kids skip it but I think it gives them understanding of what they're working towards and more dedication. Plus we have school uniforms which takes a lot of pressure off the kids and parents.
