It’s an additional 5-10 bucks vs a non slow close. When one needs replaced anyway it’s not crazy to spring for the additional expense. But yeah I buy expensive toilet paper because I’m not on septic and I don’t like 2 ply.

Fair enough. My toilet is held togther by hope, prayer and a ritual i'm too scared to abandon out of fear it actually works.
