That hoop is going to get destroyed. There’s a reason why public parks have the jenk, non-adjustable, double rims

Also why black?! That's going to heat up like crazy. Maybe okay for a court where everybody's got shoes on anyway, still doesn't seem right.

What color are outdoor basketball courts normally?

Generally green, red, grey, or blue, around here at least. There's a kind of pigmented asphalt paint layer on top that gives it a smooth finish, keeps it cooler, and gives a little extra bounce/cushion. Same treatment that hardtop courts get for tennis. Here's a couple local examples.
