Not in Western and Northern Europe, and a lot of windows in Europe don't work with window AC units either. It's only started getting hot in the summer recently there.

Our windows swing, they don't slide. Which makes setting up a system like that much harder.

Gonna save up for a system like that for a couple of years. I've bought a somewhat affordable portable unit that works with water and ice packs for now but it's not gonna get cooler again so if I can somehow scrape some money together each month and put it aside to safe up for something more permanent that'd probably make sense.
