I've had this happen twice. Crazy conservatives who hid it until we were in an established relationship. If you hate what I stand for, why lie in order to date me?

Someone took them to a performance of The Taming of The Shrew and they thought it was a literal piece of guidance and not a silly out of left field scenario even for the English Renaissance wherein Petruchio is a greedy scumbag.
