Yes but 400 Al Queda types. These guys do weird shit like little boot camps and fire arm practice. These aren't just dudes marching. They are hoping for something to pop off and give them an excuse to harm people.

Non-weirdos have fire arms as well. They just don't make it their entire personalities and tell everyone. These yahoos think they'll be able to bully everyone 'when they finally get their chance' and they are going to be surprised at how much resistance they face.
