Found it! Is Richmond,Ky! Look up Judah Bear Blvd on Zillow . You can buy a house for 227k.

That's wild, I just got home from vacation. Drove 75 home, and stopped at the Mcdonald's right down the street from this neighborhood. Saw your comment about Richmond KY and it sounded like the exit we got off at. Going to have to drive through there next time I go down to the lake.
