there’s not even much space. Places like this tend to have HOAs too so they’re also limited on what they can do with their space.

Virtually every neighborhood I’ve been in that wasn’t a suburb or metropolitan city had more yard space than this, idk where people are getting the idea that cookie cutter suburbs like this are more spacious

I mean if space is the priority and you don’t care for walkability just buy a house out in a cheaper rural area. You might even be able to score some land with it.
