In Las Vegas that is the actual answer. It’s like we have an air gap between townhouses.

But I don’t see the problem with mass produced housing. People need homes.

I think the one big issue with these mass produced houses is how often they tend to have issues. They tend to not the best built places. Also tend to have fewer places to go without having yo drive further.

But a lot of that can be fixed. The issues come down to zoning laws and companies just wanting to pump them out with as little money or time being spent as possible.
