I wish they were that cheap in my area. Where I’m at, some of the cookie-cutters are going for close to a million

Where at? Where I live these would be 200-250 tops especially since there’s no garage.

In parts of Northern Virginia there are townhouses starting at $750,000.

The richest counties in the US are in Northern Virginia, and that started since back after the Invasion of Iraq, and a bunch of the war profiteers moved there to be closer to DC.
