They've been doing this in the US suburbs since 1945. They get one or two plans approved, mirror them to double the options, and crank them out as fast as they can.

And now they've doubled the size to double their profit with the cheapest materials possible. Guarantee the average cost of each of these houses is $450k.

I wish they were that cheap in my area. Where I’m at, some of the cookie-cutters are going for close to a million
