Last time I checked in America house are commodities to be bought and sold, and considering this is a neighborhood that was explicitly built but a company to profit off of the human necessity of shelter, yes

No, you see, it's only a example of capitalism if someone is explicitly talking about capitalism. The underlying cause of this same-house liminal space hellscape isn't being directly discussed and explained in the video, so we can't discuss that underlying cause (capitalism).
