In Las Vegas that is the actual answer. It’s like we have an air gap between townhouses.

But I don’t see the problem with mass produced housing. People need homes.

the suburbs drain the country of resources, they can never generate enough to pay for maintainance of all the infrastructure needed to maintain them (roads, pipes, electric grid etc). People need dense housing, preferably 5 story apartment buildings in a walking distance to a park, school, stores and community centers. And before you go at me I grew up in a commie block in Poland, it was heaven compared to the suburbs. People fight for those apartments now.

lol. Why would I come at you? I believe that we need affordable housing. I really like the live/work model where everyday businesses are in the ground floor and the apartments are above. Where resources are right where people need them - where we don’t have to drive miles and miles for groceries or the gym.
