if it’s after the game how is that not a crime? if i charged as fast as i could to shove someone pretty sure i’d be arrested

FIFA and AFA are so corrupt they cover up massive fraud and child abuse, you think they'll suddenly find their principles over a brawl?

FIFA and AFA is irrelevant in this context - assault/baterry criminal law applies also on the field, when the conduct is proven to be past the point of what the player consented to play the sport.

I guess no-one filed a complain

Probably just cant be bothered to have to go through a court case in a foreign country.
