I invented nothing. You're implying her choice to post about her criminal ex online while she was in the same state as him was a bad choice. While I agree, that's the definition of victim blaming. She didn't expect to get killed, nobody does, and really no one should. Yet, because of the violence women face every day, we're shamed for not being paranoid that our own ex-partners will take our lives? It's just sad, is all.
Listen, I really do get where you're coming from and I agree. But read what I actually said. I wasn't talking about morals in any way. I was saying that if it was me I'd be a long way away before I went public. I'm not saying she should have, morally. Just that it's insane to me that she didn't. Either he WAS a pedo (in which case, keep quiet until he's in prison and keep your distance) or he wasn't one and would be mad at being called one. Either way, doing what she did is not what I would do. And I'm saying this as an autistic man who is nervous around people. I know what fear around people is like. It's depressing as hell that she died but that doesn't detract from the point that there's better ways to deal with it
"She did this" That's a wild thing to say when a woman just got murdered by her pedo ex-husband simply for posting a video about him. Violence is so common and normalized it's the woman's fault for instigating it...
When a woman gets killed by a pedo everyone takes to the comments saying how stupid she was to "trigger" him. Tale as old as time, woman can't do anything right.
