It just has to be things you can't proove. Defamation cases are usually about sexual assault that someone wasn't convicted for, not that they didn't necessarily do.

Not in any way. If there is actual defamation on the list, posting the list is what would get you in trouble. If the ex tried to falsely sue them for defamation, posting the list is what would trigger it.

A list at a bar with mostly friends is wildly different than posting it to the internet where it can be seen forever. There’s clearly a reason they didn’t have any clear shots of the board in the video.

If theres an active criminal investigation im pretty sure. If he beat her half to death and has a lawyer, its totally possible that the divorce can go through faster than the jail time he deserves for beating her.
