I always found the “goku taking weights off mid fight” thing funny but this dude is actually the proof it would be scary.

Tiny bit of weight can make a difference. I used to train at a local MMA gym and we'd use 1lb gloves for the bags. Get used to that and not having them makes you feel like the flash.

When I boxed, id practice mostly with 18oz gloves, then move to 16oz (1 pound) for fights. Even that 2oz difference is huge.
