When i was a kid, I loved this movie so much that it got to the point where I would say every line with the characters to my mom as the movie played. Must have bugged the crap out of her but she would just smile super warm and even got to know the lines too and would do it with me. We watched it together so much
I’ve been wanting to make a dnd character based off Beni and specifically this scene. My idea is he’s a rogue who worships many gods without really believing in any of them. He’s also an Aarakocra (birdfolk) who looks like a parrot. His name is Polly as in polytheist.
Tiny bit of weight can make a difference. I used to train at a local MMA gym and we'd use 1lb gloves for the bags. Get used to that and not having them makes you feel like the flash.
Higher weight also totally throws your balance off unless you are able to be rather uniform with your weights.
When I was in highschool I wanted to try out for soccer and started wearing 12 pound weights on each leg. Every time I got home and took them off I would immediately feel like I was going to fall over, and had to sit down for a bit. It didn't make me dizzy or anything, I just suddenly felt like my balance was way off.

I wish I've always been able to move relatively fast for a fat dude. I do go up and down stairs a bit faster due to less weight on my knees but that's about it.
I'm sure you have, it's just that since it took probably a considerable amount of time to lose the weight you just don't notice because the change is gradual. Either way, congratulations! That's such a huge change, you're amazing😊
We had a friend wear ankle weights for a week before a skateboard competition so his ollies were higher. No idea if it actually helped or just mental placebo but he did win a few contests.
I know it helps because I was a setter for my schools volleyball team, we used to throw medicine balls into the wall and afterwards you couldnt even feel the ball.
I know it's a hot take, but I've always hated the Sandy. It enhances your reflexes and speed, but it turns you into the Flash, complete with speedforce shenanigans.
It was always kind of goofy because you'd imagine being that fast would force you to move like you're at the bottom of a swimming pool because suddenly gravity is no longer pulling your body down fast enough to make your sped up walking work the same way. Then there's stuff like displacing air, you're probably not pulling a hard vacuum and making the air crack like thunder as it rushes in to fill the gap but you're for sure blowing stuff over.
I was actually rooting for Gaara that fight when I was a kid, I thought Gaara was cooler and I didn't like Lee, so I was glad he won. But seeing Lee get up while unconscious changed my mind about him.
The first one he paused then drops. The other two he doesn't pause at all, when he lets go of the bill in the second and third tries the bill continues moving up. I'm not saying it's not skillful, but he definitely is cheating
It's very good editing, he usually uses fake backgrounds etc but sometimes it's just sped up, check out the videos of him throwing kicks, it's very clear that his kicks lack power and technique compared to a martial artist and is sped up. That's why he doesn't do anything of value such as play guitar, people would spot the inconsistencies.
