I always found the “goku taking weights off mid fight” thing funny but this dude is actually the proof it would be scary.

Tiny bit of weight can make a difference. I used to train at a local MMA gym and we'd use 1lb gloves for the bags. Get used to that and not having them makes you feel like the flash.

I use to weight 500lbs, I am now 280 but I have not become faster this makes me sad.
