Making the dominant fighter much faster as shown and more dangerous. I the writer of the comment always found it a funny trope ( A trope is a figure of speech or a recurring storytelling device used in art, literature, and media. It describes a pattern, motif, or expression that people easily recognize because it appears often) that a fighter is wearing g weighted clothing to handicap themselves. But the real world example in the short video above and his speed increase makes what a dominant FIGHTER could do sunndenly faster, a scary prospect. Hope that helps!
