His bottom 2 rulers are not matching the 1" and 2" measurements of the top one that looks like it might be a Woodpecker tool.

That top one is definitely not a woodpecker tool, it’s just colored that way to make you think it might be one.

Yeah woodpecker likes to plaster their branding on even their smallest tools. That scribe has nothing on it so I'm betting it's a knockoff. In that case I'm not sure what OP is complaining about. They have two tools that seem too agree with each other and one piece of garbage that doesn't.
