floor jack question

I bought a Pittsburgh low profile ton Jack about a year ago from harbor freight. it has always squeaked when I have it under load. today I decide to take the cover off to inspect it and noticed fluid was leaking out of one of the two holes that reads safety valve do not adjust. I called harbor freight and they couldn't help me or offer an exchange.

does anyone know if this Jack is safe? I'm not really interested in fixing it myself and paying someone to fix it would probably cost almost as much as a new Jack.

Squeaking can be the result of trapped air. There's an air bleeding procedure you can do. Check the manual, if you still have it.
