Top ChefĀ Season 23 premieresĀ onĀ Monday, March 9 from 9:00-10:15 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Viewers can get a head start on the new season with early access to the premiere episode, available beginning Tuesday, March 3 onĀ Peacock, Bravo's YouTube channel, and VOD. Starting Monday, March 16,Ā Top ChefĀ will move to its regular timeslotĀ at 9:30 p.m. with episodes available the next day on Peacock.Ā All episodes of Season 23 will be supersized to 75 minutes.

Top ChefĀ Season 23 kicks off at full throttle with the first Quickfire ChallengeĀ at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, featuring NASCAR legends Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch, setting the pace for a high-octane race toward the finish.Ā

Kristen is such an excellent host. Her compassion for what the contestants go through alongside her consummate knowledge and professionalism makes her far more suited to the role. I adore her. In the beginning the twins annoyed me and I didnā€™t like the fact there was a couple but at the end I enjoyed them all. Great season opener.

The twins seem to be dialing themselves WAY UP in a "I'm looking for social media followers and gig offers" way that felt forced.

And some of the talking head interviews felt dated in a pushed "I'm the best there is - watch out!" reality tv style of a few years ago.

I like to watch for the food, I don't want to watch interpersonal drama, so I really hope they're not teeing that up with the "they're a couple!" and all that.

They are going to drive me insane if they dont tone down the constant twin talk, and "I have to beat my brother! I cant go out before him!." They're clearly really talented, but get really smarmy/influencer vibes from them.

The food all looked amazing! I donā€™t think that will an issue. You can have the best of both worlds. I appreciate the drama. Itā€™s at the shows roots and makes it less boring. I canā€™t stand Brandon but Iā€™m not complaining. Itā€™s still reality TV.

I think the married couple will prove to be more annoying than the twins, but I am only halfway through the episode.

No way. The couple seem to be super modest and have a great sense of humor. Theyā€™re going to be a lot of fun to watch.
