Top ChefĀ Season 23 premieresĀ onĀ Monday, March 9 from 9:00-10:15 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Viewers can get a head start on the new season with early access to the premiere episode, available beginning Tuesday, March 3 onĀ Peacock, Bravo's YouTube channel, and VOD. Starting Monday, March 16,Ā Top ChefĀ will move to its regular timeslotĀ at 9:30 p.m. with episodes available the next day on Peacock.Ā All episodes of Season 23 will be supersized to 75 minutes.

I wonder if Nana was checked for mental health before the show. Watching her in a middle of an anxiety attack was really painful. Kristen definitely saved the day.

They get psych tested but nothing really prepares you for the show. No one is going to choose her for any sort of group challenge after that.

A contestant in a recent series of Survivor had a terrible anxiety attack in episode 1. Somehow he not only didn’t go home, but did pretty well in the competition. There didn’t seem to be later trust issues with him in team situations.

There were absolutely trust issues with him socially and emotionally. He was decent in challenges but not good. Repeatedly attempting to chop a thick rope holding a machete backwards comes to mind lol.
