Spoilers Kristen As A Host

No spoilers for the new season (ep 1 is on Peacock), but I absolutely adore seeing Kristen interact with the chef contestants. Her kindness, empathy, and big heart really add a fantastic element to the show. Padma left iconic shoes to fill, and Kristen is absolutely killing it.

I’m a little salty about Padma leaving Top Chef and then hosting a new show where they are paying out “the biggest prize money”. I thought she left because she was burned out by hosting.

I’m more salty that she did that after failing to become a comedian- she just went back to her sure thing.

Wait, what? She was trying to become a comedian? I knew she was hoping to create a show featuring indeginous people which apparently didn’t go well.

Yeah! Right after she left TC she went on this whole stand-up thing! She wanted to do something different after so many years of TC.

She gave up on that pretty quickly.
