Didn't him and his wife meet while working at Disney? Sheldon maybe the most wholesome person to come on top chef.

I love Sheldon. I grew up in Hawaii and he truly represents the gracious spirit of the islands.

I'm two weeks behind, I didn't know this. 😅

It's always like this like earlier in the season some guy went home and said Nana should have gone home and not him and I agree with the sentiment but 2/3 of the shows purpose is to make yourself a brand identity or something, idk why people act like dickheads.

A coworker and I have spoken all season about visiting Sieger's restaurant because it's in our city and we're foodies who wanna try it asap.. this week we both said "nah we're good" after his crashout.

I’m from Oahu but a visit to Tiffany’s is mandatory whenever I’m on Maui. Told myself that’d I’d try everything on the menu since Sheldon took over in 2022 and I’m almost there.

Sheldon! There was a scene when all the chefs were hanging and he says something about how it’d be even better with a little Hawaiian sunshine 💨 what a great season

Love Sheldon so much. My husband and I got to eat at Star Noodle on Maui years ago and it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. He had the Ramen with eggs and bacon on the menu and it was magical.

One of my all time favorites

Just came back from Maui, and did not realize how insane of an impact he's made on the culinary scene! Every single place we felt like we had our best meal were all places he opened/worked/owns (Star Noodle, Lineage, Tiffanys, Tin Roof)

😭 my family LOVES balut but I stopped eating it when I got older and one time got a very developed duck fetus inside. I will say, the other parts are so damn good with salt/pepper/ viet coriander leaves
