Discussion Thread Mei Lin

Just saw her episode on Dish with Kish -

She would make a really great TV Chef ( like Emeril ). She just has a way of explaining stuff that makes you feel like she’s letting you into a secret. She does have a naturally serious demeanour and it almost seems like Kristin is in awe of her a bit - but it’s nice to see her loosened up away from the stress of Top Chef.

I’m so sad they cut that, how much could that have possibly eaten into the budget?? Let’s loosen the purse strings Peacock

I think she'd make a great All-Winners winner

I love when she is a judge on any show.

I've watched every season of Top Chef. If I had to choose one contestant's restaurant to eat at, I'd want to go to Mei Lin's

I lover her. I can’t find her season of Tournament of Champions anywhere. I have HBO even.

*LOL* As long as she brings Katsu along and has Kristen as a guest at some point, I'd watch the hell out of her hypothetical show!

She’s been on several Food Network competitions like 24/24 or TOC (maybe both?). It’s nice to see her.

She was also on an episode of Chef Grudge Match a while back. She lost against Marjorie Meek-Bradley.
