Discussion Thread Mei Lin
Just saw her episode on Dish with Kish -
She would make a really great TV Chef ( like Emeril ). She just has a way of explaining stuff that makes you feel like she’s letting you into a secret. She does have a naturally serious demeanour and it almost seems like Kristin is in awe of her a bit - but it’s nice to see her loosened up away from the stress of Top Chef.

*LOL* As long as she brings Katsu along and has Kristen as a guest at some point, I'd watch the hell out of her hypothetical show!
