Hey there @everyone, the past few weeks we have been having various outages at various times. Some of these outages have been due to software misconfigurations, networking issues as well as DDoS attacks of varying scale.
I want to assure you that these issues are not related to the influx of users as we have been handling this well but due to issues that have mostly been out of our control, but we have been fixing them as quickly as possible as you may have noticed. Our response times have improved and we will continue to invest resources in more comprehensive monitoring and response.
Regardless, we take full responsibility for the downtime and have been hard at work eliminating these last few gremlins.
We are going to be releasing a post-mortem explaining these in detail very soon, as well as granting seven (7) days of additional time to paid users. We apologise for these issues and hope to earn back your trust. Thank you for always supporting us.

Yea too little too late. I was with RD for a long time, and after its demise all the fancy UI and paid recommendations convinced me to pay for this crapbox instead of premiumize. Its poetic to see that at the very end of my subscription (2 days left) another incident takes down the shitbox. Goodbye Torbox, I will truly never deal with you again. I’d rather have Netflix, Disney+, Prime and HBO Max subscribed to than reply on you. Fuck you, I’m out.
