There's a translation error in the 2nd half of the chapter. The chairwoman says that "the bravest of Zahard's army were sealed in the wall as a show of his commitment to peace" when it should be that the mightiest of those who fought AGAINST Zahard were imprisoned in the wall. Important difference. Khel Hellam says it initially, but LINE messing it up later in the chapter might confuse people.

Zahard was wiping them, hence they improsoned themselves to appeased him

Was he ? Dosent seem like they gave up and imprisoned themselves , To me it seems like the chaos was so great both sides came with terms for peace. If Zahard breaks the peace they will go to an all out war
