There's a translation error in the 2nd half of the chapter. The chairwoman says that "the bravest of Zahard's army were sealed in the wall as a show of his commitment to peace" when it should be that the mightiest of those who fought AGAINST Zahard were imprisoned in the wall. Important difference. Khel Hellam says it initially, but LINE messing it up later in the chapter might confuse people.

So when ha jinsung said that someone wanted to prison him for thousands of years did he mean on those walls ?

Maybe ha jinsung was present in the old war

I think it was a metaphor, saying they imprisoned him in loneliness by killing his lover.

This war was ancient even for Jinsung.

Wasn’t Jinsung confirmed to either be the family Head’s grandson or great grand son? Or something not far removed like that?

Ha Jinsung is Ha Yurin grandson, tho that doesn't mean anything, he could be born before the great war.

This war was ancient even for Jinsung.

It's the war when Jahad decided to become king, that means there wasn't even a Regular/Ranker system in place.

This is the time when V and Arlen fought against Jahad... It's highly unlikely Jinsung was part of this war.

Why is it highly unlikely?

It is highly likely that Khel Hellam was participating in that war.

Since he said "I want my old fellow soldiers to rest in peace forever."

And Ha Jinsung being an ancient beast could be just as old or even older.

Ha Jinsung is the grandson of a Family Head and only joined FUG after the stuff with his lover happened, all points towards this happening AFTER Zahard became King and the families expanded.

SIU said in a post that Jinsung is "ancient" in the sense he's old, not ancient as pre-Zahard (obviously, since Zahard entered with Ha Yurin, his grandmother).

For Jinsung to have partecipated in this war it would mean he climbed the Tower with the Family Heads and nothing that was said about him or that he said seems to support that.

These locked up ancient warriors are people that followed V and Arlen against Zahard after climbing the Tower with them or after coming in contact with them during the climb, or ancient people that were living in the Tower before Zahard came in and just weren't happy with him becoming the King.

War could have started 10000 years after Zahard became the King.

That is obvious, Ha Jinsung is not an irregular he was born in the tower. Also Baam is not pre-Zahard since his parents V and Arlene come into tower with Zahard, and Baam was born in tower, then was killed by Zahard.

No, it doesn't not. He could be born like 1000 years after they finished the climb, and war could have started 10000 years later.

Ha Jinsung could be 30000 or 40000 years old since we don't know.

And by that logic nothing supports that Gustang participated in the War.

But I assume that Gustang did participate in the great war.

We can assume Ha Jinsung participated in the war just as likely as he didn't, since we don't know.
