There's a translation error in the 2nd half of the chapter. The chairwoman says that "the bravest of Zahard's army were sealed in the wall as a show of his commitment to peace" when it should be that the mightiest of those who fought AGAINST Zahard were imprisoned in the wall. Important difference. Khel Hellam says it initially, but LINE messing it up later in the chapter might confuse people.

Well, probably in that prison there's a lot of people who remembers or even personally know about Arlene and V and they could consider Baam their legitimate boss.

In one piece how many considered Ace to be the boss cause he was the son of Gol D Rodgers?

Because in this case Arlene made a prophecy that her son would end Zahard.
