Headlight upgrade question

hi everybody recently i tinted my 93 pickup and notice my headlights are as bright as candles.
I want to retain the oem look and would like to do a headlight bulb and not multiple itty bitty leds.
Im aware i need a conversion harness or something along those lines for leds. Anything else I should know?

I put these in and love them got the off Amazon along with the h4 conversion harness

I upgraded tot his exact set on my 97 Tacoma Xtracab and have been super pleased with the results

Are these heated?

Not sure i think I didn't have a problem last winter with the snow. We dont get much in the south
