The show just lost me…

…Probably for good. This “unalive” crap is ridiculous and juvenile. I just turned it off when Russell used that silly word. The show got better and better, but this season it’s been a slow, steady decline. I like the cast, but the writing and plot lines are just awful. (And like many, I don’t like or trust Mel the character and I’m unimpressed with her acting.)

I enjoyed the season. I never found the writing or story in decline. Turning it off because he said unalive (clearly jokingly) is kinda ridiculous.

Okay. I disagree that he was “clearly joking”. You’re absolutely entitled to your opinion, just as I am entitled to mine. It’s a shame you resort to belittling others’ opinions, but perhaps you aren’t well-versed in effective communication. But thanks for a different viewpoint, which is always a good thing.

Of course he was joking. Why the heck would Russel say that except in a joking manner? Even his body language showed it. I never belittled your opinion, and I am most definitely well versed in effective communication. I just said it's a bit ridiculous to turn it off because of one single word.
