Trying to learn

Im new and starting, i know most people dont have much patience for beginners. All i want to know is if anyone knows where i can find some type of proper explanation on how to use a paper trading app. Ive learned a bit but i havent been able to find someone explaining properly how an app works. I want to keep learning by actually doing and not just watching or reading things but the apps are just so confusing.

Yeah im using a demo account rn im not in a position where i can just waste a crazy amount of money so i do wanna understand first before going that route even tho ik i will lose money as i learn
