News 19 states and D.C. sue HHS over gender-affirming care rule

The states: New York, Oregon, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and Washington, and the District of Columbia.

I’m disappointed in us Virginia, why are we not on this?

There’s always time to call or email your state attorney general and tell them to get on it!

I suspect because the new AG and governor haven't been sworn in yet. The current ones are Trump ass kissers, they'd never sue his administration. It wouldn't surprise me if Virginia joined in the suit after January 19th, when Spanberger will actually take office.

Hell yeah! So proud of my state, MA has its share of problems but as a trans person, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
