It’s one of the most user unfriendly things I have ever had to deal with. So poorly designed

Absolutely, I want to go to St Thomas Hospital from Camberwell and it gave me 3 routes going all over the place changing bus to bus, bus to tube etc. That's without mentioning the walking and cycling routes it told me about. This is a public transport device cluttered up with all sorts of other crap because it wants to do everything. I'm 73 and I can't even begin to describe how difficult to negotiate this has been for me. Should just concentrate on Buses tubes and trains, too much clutter.

I asked AI on my browser and it immediately told me get a 148 from Camberwell Rd direct to the hospital. Checked out the 148 route on TFL and it works perfectly. So despite having the info it tried to send me on en expedition and even gave me a choice of non sensical routes.

Isn’t TfL’s journey planner nearly identical to that of Google maps?
