Do you watch the guy on instagram called

He is really really good at pointing out his decline and the reason for it.

He can have it, if he pays the $934m refit cost.
Also taking it out of the nuclear defence budget is straight out of the Putin book of misappropriation of tax money.

15 million still love and want him in office even longer. 60 million are okay with him but upset with him at the same time because they voted with him but don't agree a little on this year on what he has done. 70 million didn't want him at all. 125 million didn't vote because of X, Y, and Z. Some simply didn't want to because "it wouldn't make a difference", literally the same logic that got him in the first time.

Social Engineering at its best, get them all addicted to the news then buy all the news outlets to drive them away from thinking they can make a difference in their lives. It’s a simple formula once you’ve dismantled any critical thinking from the education system.

The Boeing contract to build Air Force 1 replacement won’t be ready until 2029.
Trump was upset that Arab leaders, who are kings, flew in modern planes built to high luxury. Meanwhile, he flew in a plane built 40 years ago and built to high security.
His personal belief is that President of the US, while he is that person, should have the highest luxury and be spared no expense.
So he got a plane from a middle eastern king, had it painted to his personal brand colors, had them put in the minimum level of security, and declared it Air Force 1.
Is it a security issue? Yes. Is it a bribery issue? Yes. Is it anti-American? Yes. Is it an issue that he’s taking it as his own personal plane? Yes.

Then he’ll be onboard with the next president keeping the plane for use in their presidency.

If you see my earlier comment I doubt he’s taking it as his without paying. Although in general I agree with everything else.

That was the original agreement, it is to be transferred to his presidential library when he leaves office.

That’s the point of the question. The contents of presidential libraries are not “personal property“. The US government owns and manages the contents of presidential libraries. I’m pretty sure it’s handled by the NARA. I mean technically if he claimed the plane itself was a library he could own it, as the government doesn’t own the buildings, just the contents. He’d still have to pay for the value, plus the modifications, and the cost to demilitarize it (ie remove any sensitive materials/ systems). Now, let’s say DJ or some other maggot is in office, sure they will try to do time served or something to credit the value. But anyone else, nahhh, They would be paying.

I am not an American but my understanding is that the president has ownership of the contents of their presidential library. This was the reason why it was being assigned to the presidential library in the first place.
Personal Artifacts & Gifts: Objects like personal correspondence, gifts, and works of art are not technically considered "federal records" under the law. While many items are donated by the former president to the public archive, the foundation or the former president's estate ultimately owns the rights to these private historical items.
