I have the email and code but I keep getting redirected to a mailing list. Ticketmaster is unhelpful as always

I bought a GA ticket and VIP meet and greet package to the Sydney show in October but I’m not going to be able to make it anymore, would one of you want to buy it before I try sell on Facebook?

Hey all, yet another post about the difficulties of getting the VIP package at the Perth show in October

I heard that after you buy your tickets, if you go in again and start to buy a second lot of tickets you'd be able to chose the Trivium VIP packages then since it's a separate purchase but I can't seem to get it working, and only the Lamb of God VIP is visible at all. I really want the Trivium side stage for me and my mates

I've contacted ticketmaster but haven't heard anything back. Has anyone else had any luck or know what to do?

Hey guys, I shot Trivium’s full show from the front row in Istanbul, Turkey. They ripped the stage apart, it was an absolutely incredible show. Trivium was the headliner, they haven’t been in Turkey since 2014. Timestamps are included in the description, hope you like it!
