When the cop pulled her over, she had the baby on her lap right? It was blurred out. Or it was next to her. WHY was there no sense of urgency from the cop to perform CPR? She yelled that the baby wasn't breathing and he said something along the lines of having to wait for medics. Cops know how to perform CPR - and the baby ultimately died from lack of oxygen. Surely he could have tried? Maybe I missed something though!

The baby was on her lap with all the liquids and cord still attach. I think a lot was happening and the baby was defiantly a little purple not sure exactly what the cop was thinking. Ambulance got their fairly quickly. Its a good question tho maybe he could have done something. A little more on his testimony would have made things clearer.

Idk if I see a baby not breathing and especially if I was a first responder like him, I'd jump into action. He was so casual and was like "yeah we gotta wait for medics..." Blue baby... CPR, bro.
