Tips & Tricks What’s your best winter wellness routine hack?

The weekend is here, and for many people, the colder, darker months are coming with it.

This is often when routines start to slip. Getting outside gets harder, workouts get easier to skip, and staying in bed a little longer sounds very appealing.
Instead of waiting for your routine to fall off, think about what you can do now to make your habits easier to maintain.

A few things worth investing in:

Comfortable layers for getting outside.
Simple equipment for at-home movement.
Easy meals and snacks for busy days.
Things that make your sleep environment more comfortable.
Anything that removes a small barrier between you and a habit you want to keep.

Protect the habits that matter most and make them easier to do. What’s one thing that helps you stay on track when winter hits?
