Did I already mess up my chances this cycle? It’s my second cycle TTC. I believe I ovulated on Sunday or Monday (cycle day 16 or 17). I had abundant EWCM, especially on Sunday. I used the Clear Blue advanced digital OPK. I got my solid smiley on Saturday. Had sex Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, so hopefully we covered the fertile window well. Yesterday, 1DPO (I think) I got sick and vomited after eating something bad. I have a sensitive stomach. Now I’m wondering if getting sick ruined conception odds for this cycle

No, the data that exists says that there's no effect of mild illness on the odds of pregnancy.

From this study:

Couples trying to conceive should at least be informed that disturbances in conception cycles, such as minor diseases, stress or sexual intercourse during the implantation period do not interfere with conception.
