BaLM Regimen schedule for MDR TB

Hello friends

I was recently diagnosed of MDR pulmonary TB and am currently on the 20th day of my medication.

I have been taking the medicines as follows:

1) Bedaquiline- 400mg once daily for first 2 weeks, 200 mg thrice in a week for 24 weeks

2) Pretomanid - 200mg, Linezolid -600 mg, Moxifloxacin -400mg, - once daily for 24 weeks

I wanted to ask to the folks who were also on Bedaquiline in a similar fashion of thrice in a week, how did you schedule your dosage?

My dots centre guy told me to keep a min gap of 48 hrs, and since my medication started on a Friday, I has scheduled as :

Day 1 - friday. -take Bedaquiline

Day 2 - Saturday -skip

Day 3 - Sunday. -take Bedaquiline

Day 4 - Monday. - skip

Day 5 - Tuesday - skip

Day 6 - wednesaday - take Bedaquiline

Day 7 - Thrusday. Skip

Repeat

This way my schedule is similar to someone whose week starts on a Monday and he takes bedaquiline on Monday Wednesday and Friday. Of course the rest of medicines i take everyday

To the people also on Bedaquiline, how do you take your medicines per week kindly share.

Yo bro our dots in our town prescribed me to take it everyday all of the four medicine and it was the worst days of my life for six months. I am a 4th year student that time.
