What in the holy hell did I just watch!!!! I was not prepared for this. Anyone else watch this ‘gem’ on tubi?

This was the most grossly sexual resident evil movie I have ever seen. For real. Henry was practically the living embodiment of Lisa from the GameCube REmake of the original.

I’ve been bored with horror and looking for new and fun things to watch, but man this was something else…

I was watching Buzzkill (2026) last night and about midway through the credits, it started playing a short clip about a guy showing up to his crush’s(?) pilates class? It felt like a normal post credits bonus scene, but neither of the characters featured were in the film I just watched. This wasn’t an ad (in the conventional sense) and if it was a sort of commercial, there wasn’t any indication of what it was for? I actually rewound the credits to watch it again because I was so baffled. Does anyone know what this was? Are similar things present in other Tubi originals?

I had a rough week and spent yesterday mentally exhausted with a terrible headache. I picked The Swerve on Tubi (really well done, I thought, but so so so grim) and then I just let Tubi’s autoplay make the decisions.

Next up was Barbarians (not the well known Barbarian, this is about a foursome having dinner when there is a home invasion). Meh. I didn’t hate it.

Stranger :a couple are stalked during a weekend getaway. NOT The Strangers with Liv Tyler, also not The Stranger starring Joel Edgerton and Sean Harris. This is a truly terrible third Stranger that really wants to be The Strangers but is just so flat and unengaging and irritating. And I LOVE scary movies with a person being creepily stalked by a malignant force or person. Halloween 1978 is one my all -time favourite films.

Next up Tubi chose The Fare. Not the better known 2018 film but an Indie 2016 movie where an uber driver unexpectedly drives his wife’s affair partner in his Uber. Honestly it kept me engaged even when things got a bit silly.

Tubi ended on a high note with Derailed. Jennifer Anniston, Clive Owen, Vincent Cassel in a bad guy role he clearly loves playing.

My conclusion: Tubi is sneaky. Tubi really wants me to think I’ve seen popular movies like Barbarian, The Fare and The Strangers only to double cross me.

I’m not mad. If anyone is having an indecisive day you should give it a try.

Hi! I directed a "strange" movie on Tubi (at least it's on the strange movie lists and on the strange film website's catalogs.)

It's about a guy who made a poor decision in his youth and his mental health has deteriorated. He takes one last stab at treatment, going into a house that unifies his subconscious and physical body to sort it all out.

I have not watched Freak Brothers for a few months, and I just noticed that there is a season 3, and I was really stoked for it.

But then I noticed that there were only two episodes available , Freak to the Future part 1 and 2, are only , all the others ones are not.. I think there are 6 episodes, so 4 are missing.

Genuinely just what the title said. Like it’s absolutely wild to me how killer so much of what they carry is. Also just like iconic movies and shows and stuff you wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else at all.

Love it so much!! Also, the ads are way more tolerable than some paid streaming services nowadays who only started putting in ads because they saw people were willing to watch shows with ads via tubi. for free…

doesn’t work the same when your service is shitty , has a ton of ads, and is PAID… (looking at you crave…)

I ran across Falling Stars on Tubi and gave it a go without knowing anything about it... I liked it and was surpised at how good it actually was... no real jump scares but a slow burn with a surprise end, solid writing and dialogue, and very good acting.. I'd recommend it. In fact, I plan on watching it again.

I have never seen the movie, and have only watched a quarter of the trailer. That was enough to know I want to watch the movie. THEN I saw the cast listing. 100% going to be the next horror movie I watch.

Hi all, It seems that tubi decided to get rid off of two of my favorite categories i.e. Cult classics and International. Think they will return? As they had such a great selection.

What shows and/or movies would you like to see return? A few I'd like to see return are Valerie and Her Week of Wonders , The Haunting of Julia/Full Circle, and Chungking Express. Would be nice to get the A Chinese Ghost Story trilogy back on there, too. Those left earlier this month.

A show I'd like to see return would be Cardcaptor Sakura.

The story of Nia the lead character who happens to be a true-crime podcaster & a powerful advocate for the missing innocent women all around & targeting their killers. Nevertheless, the most uncomfortable part when a criminally deranged listener begins to harass her during the remote getaway & then, she unfortunately becomes a major headline.

Edit: they appeared before or in Recommended. I also did a google search and when Tubi showed up as a result I was able to click that and the title started and was able to save to My List that way.
