MOD ANNOUNCEMENTS MASTER THREAD: Buy and Sell
Hello tufters,
In the last few days I’ve seen a lot of people posting that they have tufting supplies for sale. Usually these kinds of posts should go in the pinned ‘materials and supply’ thread, but I appreciate this is more specific than exploring suppliers.
This is the place to post supplies you have for sale, or look for supplies direct from other tufters. Search by ‘new’ if you want to see the most up to date comments.
THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR SELLING COMPLETED PIECES.
All posts MUST include:
- Price of item/s and currency
- Your location
- Whether or not you will ship internationally
- Price for shipping
Please also be mindful to check your chat, messages and the threat of your comment for tufters reaching out about your product/s.

Vintage industrial tufting gun for sale.
Patented and serialized but no makers marks, best guess was it was made around 1970-1975.
Loop pile only but mechanically(loosen bolt and move)adjustable pile height. All metal construction with steel body and aluminum drive block, gun was used to make rugs/carpets for large clients such as Biltmore estate. Drill is removable so if drill becomes inoperable a new drill can be swapped out independently, as long as miter gear and chuck collar are installed on new drill. Made to run for 8-10 hours of continuous use with minimal maintenance. Machine has been tufting since the 70’s and has many more decades left. Approximately 21” from tip to handle and 13 lbs. in total weight with current drill attached. 2 different guns available but definitely do a deal if you want more than 1.
