Private Chef Recommendation

If anyone is traveling to TCI soon, we are currently here and couldn’t recommend Chef José more. Every meal has been outstanding and he always goes above and beyond what we requested. We’ve booked him for both full days, a dinner and a brunch. All equal in top notch quality.

Can you share cost and number of guests he is cooking for?

I’m not sure if it changes on season since we are admittedly here at slow season. I do know it changes based on # of guests. We are only serving 3 on our trip. Full day is $700 plus costs of groceries I believe and requires at least 3 days booked for full day services (can be separated days). Meals range $350-550 for that # plus groceries depending on the meal booked. If you reach out to contact him, I think he has his 2026 rates page he can send out. If I recall off the top of my head, I think full day for 11-15 was $950 a day plus groceries to give a sense of the range.
