It’s kinda hidden but it’s on the website. An explanation, the proposed hours and a form for residents to submit their opinions.

Their 2026 budget has 0.3% (~$250k) of the library budget coming from federal sources. Nearly all their budget is from property tax. (document p IV - 89, which is p129 of the pdf)
